NOTICE ON TARIFF SURCHARGE

As of today, total tariffs on Chinese goods imported into the USA range from 145% to 170% for all product categories which affects our distributor in the United States, Terrybear. Due to this, Faithful Friends, has no choice but to add a tariff surcharge to those affected products as it is just not possible for us to absorb these costs. You will see the tariff surcharge reflected in our online catalogue on all affected products. The increase is significant on some items. While these changes are beyond our control, we do not take price increases lightly.

You will find the items affected highlighted in red in our catalogue. The price reflects the surcharge included.

We are hopeful this will be a temporary situation only and that these high tariffs will be removed soon. Until then, we apologize for the necessity of this measure and encourage our customers to look at our local, Canadian owned, LoveUrns line of urns as these urns are not subject to tariffs. Thank you for your understanding.
